And of course, if you got my message completely, then you know that the hypothetical subpoena in my post did not represent a response to the hypothetical shooting (that would have called for an arrest warrant), but to my hypothetically breaking the rules about helping people with Moodle for a fee.
I presume by Murphy you mean as in Murphy's Law.
And yes, as I said in my response to MD's post and earlier, I consider his answer authoritative.
