I have been trying to install moodle to a local host but keep getting the same error: can't find php cli!
Can anyone help?

In general, when you get an error message like "can't find php cli", go to the front page of moodle.org and enter the exact string into the "Search this site" box at the top of the right side of the page. You will quickly find that you are not the only one who has gotten the error message, and you will usually find a solution.

Thanks for your help but I couldn't find any solutions that helped. Any other suggestions?
The Operating system of local host is Windows XP
