Enrolment

Hi,

I was hoping someone might be able to help me figure out how I can make anyone who is in my active Directory container of:

Establishments\MSF\Teaching Staff

actually have a global role of a teacher,
without me having to add each of them manually.

Its currently setup to use LDAP authentication so when someone logs on for the first time it confirms their username and password against the AD so surely there must be a way to do this?
