Resource types

Hi everyone,

I have a strange problem that when we upgraded our Moodle from 1.5 to 1.8, we noticed that for those that are resources, it always creates a new frame when we click on the backward or forward arrow icons everytime.

Version 1.8 setting for "Introduction" resource is:

Window: Same Window
[x] "Keep page navigation visible on the same page" is checked

when user's use the drop down, it works properly. That is it does not create a new frame... this is a big problem because people would think nothing is happening but it's stacked and creates another frame which if they don't look carefully is collapsed on top of the original page loaded.

has anybody come across this?
