Hi I am using Moodle version 1.7, it is fine initially but not sure why suddenly all the uploaded forum files link to no where? and now unable to upload any file in the forum?

After I set the file.php permission to 777, I can upload but recieve a error link (as attached) after trying to open the link?

You can try select tools - internet options - advanced in your Internet Explorer and turn off the Friendly HTTP error messages so that you can see the details of the error.
