I started to create a Khmer(Cambodian) Unicode for moodle. Everything works fine except the dropdown menu (it shows up squares. I guess it's Khmer Unicode problem).
Here's the site if someone wants to take a look. You need to update your usp10.dll to view Khmer Unicode.
