I have an assignment that requires an uploaded file.  I created my own grading scale or completed/not completed. When I go the grades page I get the following error:

Warning: Invalid argument supplied foreach() in .../mod/assignment/lib.php on line 254.

Any ideas?  I've narrowed it down to the assignment with the uploaded file.  Have I created my custom scale incorrectly?

It seems like it should be pretty easy - any suggestions of things to try?
