We are using 1.8. I have received complaints that old chat sessions are missing. Is there an auto archive feature at work here, or a bug issue?
Two thing I know of that influence the chat archiving:
1. The setting of the chat activity needs to be "never delete messages"
2. I believe very short chat sessions are regarded as test only. I saw that in another post, maybe you can search for it and find out the exact amount of seconds and/or messages a chat needs to have to be considered "non-test".
