I have integrated Worldpay for course enrolments with Moodle 1.9 in March this year (2011).
The integration was completed by creating a moodle enrolment module for WorldPay.
As it was done for a specific site a small level of customisation (admin configuration,
php & html text changes) would be required to integrate into any other moodle 1.9
site. It is not tested on moodle 2.x.
