Hi,
The Journal module is great - but how can I allow students to add pictures?
Currently the only way I can see is to override the student role to allow file management - this allows students to upload images to display in their Journal, but opens up a security issue of students being able to delete other students pictures or other course files.
Is there a better way to do this within the Journal tool?
(I realise pictures uploaded elsewhere can be linked to, but this is long winded and messy compared to doing it all within one interface)

I want this capability too! Staff want students to upload images as evidence into their journal. I am playing around with role overrides (as, like Roger, I don't want to make all students see all the files on the course with the ability to delete them) but I can't figure out how to make this work!
Any help would be good!
