We built a separate course called "AP Science/Math Test Review", and made all the science and math faculty its teachers. They then posted documents, weblink, PDFs, etc., as resources in that "class" prior to the AP exam. This includes both subject-specific information as well as general test-taking tips. Teachers then remove items just after the exam.
This is admittedly not particularly creative, nor is it using fancy Moodle features; but it has proven helpful for students and easy for faculty.
