I have a test Moodle version 1.8 set up and I was trying to hide teachers.
I've managed to hide teachers on the home page from student accounts, but they are still visible to admin accounts with no indication of which ones are supposed to be hidden making it difficult to keep track of what is going on. Is it meant to be like this or have I got something not quite right?
Any thoughts?

Yes, that's right - hidden assignments are not hidden from admins or teachers or any other users with the viewhiddenassigns capability allowed. You can check hidden assignments by switching to student role.
