Moodle Network and my courses

Here's how I have it setup but my courses doesn't show all enrolled courses.

Moodle A - Has moodle B and Moodle C listed in Peers and has all services

Moodle B - Has Moodle A as Peer with all services

Moodle C - Has Moodle A as Peer with all services

I've allowed Authenticated user to roam on Moodle A

So from Moodle A to Moodle B - test user enrolls in course
On Moodle A - Shows course from Moodle B in my courses

Go to Moodle C - enroll in another course
Come back to Moodle A - Moodle B course is replaced by Moodle C course and moodle B course is not in my courses

HOWEVER - if I roam to Moodle B - In my courses it shows moodle A and moodle C courses and if I roam to Moodle C - I see moodle A and moodle B courses in my courses.

Question 1
Why isn't it showing in Moodle A? Is this a bug?

Here's what I would like to do with moodle

Moodle A - as help resources and user accounts
Moodle B - Program 1 Courses
Moodle C - Program 2 Courses
Moodle D - Program 3 Courses

Where when a user can create an account on Moodle A and see all courses from the other moodle instances.

Question 2
Can the above be done?

Just to Add - My courses isn't showing the course that has an enrollment key. However when it was just the 1 course I was enrolled in, it did show until I enrolled in another course without an enrollment key. Now it won't come back.

As another test I added an additional course with a key and it will not show up in my courses on my "Main site"

So Moodle A - Main site, Moodle B is where I am enrolled in 4 courses (2 with keys) on Moodle A - it doesn't show the courses with keys, on Moodle B it shows in my courses the 4 courses on Moodle B, plus the 1 Moodle A course and 1 Moodle C course.

What's going on here?
