Anyone have any idea how to do this within Moodle without resorting to pricey SCORM programming or a separate database plugin?
The Problem:
Instructor has written a series of questions. The questions come in three different types (relating to three different things the learner should be learning as he/she progresses through the course). These questions will occur at separate points in the course, in separate quizzes or lessons.
Each quiz/lesson will include one question of each type.
At the end (say the learner takes 5 separate quizzes/lessons), the instructor wants to be able to view an average of the learner's results for each question type.
Type 1: 50%
Type 2: 75%
Type 3: 35%
and so on...
Instructor wants to be able to do this all through the Moodle interface, in gradebook or in another way, or by accessing a single predetermined URL (hypothetically, and HTML page rendering results from tables).
Is there any way to build a quiz that seems like three separate quizzes, but is actually a single quiz? Could the database module be used somehow?
Thanks for any suggestions,
Amy
