I installed one moodle site just for my students to create their own questions and tests in a special course. Which permissions do I have to enable for them?

Hi Stefan,
If you assign students the role of teacher in the course then they will have the appropriate quiz and question permissions. You may wish to consider restricting which activity modules are available in the course via Administration > Security > Module security.
