You will have to ask the publishers of the software about that. If they provide a programming interface for filtering the output display, you would need to write a PHP function which processes TeX expressions in the display stream text and runs mimetex.exe on them. You might be able to use the scripts tex/filter.php, tex/pix.php, tex/texdebug.php as models.
