Since I updated my site to 1.8+, users complain that they see all the calendar entries of the site on their "Upcoming events" block. I've been serching the role capabilities to try and change this, but I can't find a solution.
Has anybody else found and solved this problem?
P.D.: I hope someone out there finds the necessary strength and inspiration to produce a videotutorial that explains how roles REALLY work. The idea of roles is great, but they seem to be too confusing for most of us. I miss the simplicity of 1.6, where roles where not flexible but you always knew what to expect.
