Hi
If i'm logged in as "Administrator" and going into a course, i've got the select box at the top right side to change between different roles (ex. to change to "student" to see how the site is appearing for students).
Now, someone who is "Trainer" doesn't have this switchrole selectbox. How can i assign this switchrole element for "Trainer" or especially for that user who needs it. Where i have to configure this?

Please try allowing the "switch to other roles" capability for the trainer role.
The roles available in the "Switch role to..." drop-down menu are the same as the roles that a user is allowed to assign to other users (in Administration > Users > Permissions > Define roles Allow role assignments tab).
