Im using moodle 1.7 latest and i have this problem:
When I create a forum and get into the settup of it, I fill the blanks like this:
posts before Warning =2
maximum number of posts for blocking =2
Period for blocking = 1day
The problem is that its not working. I created a student account and he is able to enter into the forums and post as many messages as he wants and created as many topics (inside the forums) as he wants. So i was wondering if maybe some of you can help me with this, because i really need to restrict the maximum number of posts inside forums in a certain time.

PD: I tried to run cron.php thinking that this could be the problem but it didnt help.
