It appears that shahid Yousaf is interested in helping to translate Moodle into Urdu. Besides the information available at http://docs.moodle.org/en/Translation , are there any other practical tips that others might have? In particular he is interested in where to find the UTF-8 character set for Urdu or a utf-8 converter. Any advice would be appreciated. Peace - Anthony

there is a UrduEditor, a Notepad like application especially tailored for editing Urdu text. I think it is possible to write translation with UrduEditor and paste that UTF-8 to moodle language files (new language ur_utf8 ?)
