Hi Everyone,
I am trying to get my school on moodle 1.7., unfortunately my school has over 200 different classes and at least 4 sections of each class. What I would like to do is have the students create and sign up for their own courses. The problem is creating courses with the same name, but different sections. The format we use to differentiate between classes at my school is course prefix, course number, course section (i.e. MAN 5895 305). Is there a way to format moodle so that this format is used as the identification and creation of each class?
