How can I add a suggest button before 'Mark' button to show suggestion?

I've tried to look up in question folder to find the way to do that task but can't imagine what I need to do. Anyone could show me how can I do and which file I should hack?

That's a major change, not something you can do as a hack. Probably a months work if you have a really good understanding of how the question types work.

Infact, I've add suggestion field in database and now i hope I will have a button before Mark button to allow student can get the suggestion if they think it's difficult for training purpose. Anyone can suggest me, please.
