I am currently moving a course from one server to another, and the backup process went well. I made it through to the third screen and there are no choices for where (or what) to restore the backup to (and because of this, the restore errors out with a parameter error).
I couldn't find this issue on the forums, so hopefully it's me.
I'm running the latest daily build of 1.7.1+.
