To get documentation like this try the help icon on the pager you are using and if using a later version of moodle and are logged in as admin (and its switched on) use the moodledocs for this page link at the bottom of the page you are using.

For example when editing the page in the demo version of moodle I can click on help to get to-

http://demo.moodle.org/help.php?module=wiki&file=howtowiki.html&forcelang=#createpages

and the moodle docs page is

http://docs.moodle.org/en/Viewing_a_wiki

I've just added a link to moodle.org help file for wiki editing. Interestingly this is subtly different to the 1.8 version I have on my laptop.
