I think there is a Moodle fever out there now the words got round about Moodle and how valuable it is.
I am curious though from a technical perspective; have you gone down the hosting route or did you install in-house?
I'm wondering if I need any further specific skills to say I can support it as I am an IT Trainer moving into e-Learning. It seems all too easy.
I started about 5 years ago looking at it, more as a personal development but its become something of an obsession. I have got a working version of Moodle that I keep 'tweaking'. Of course its developing all the time too so getting into practice with upgrading between versions.
Good to know that there are NHS people using it!
