Ever since upgrading to 1.7 I have had difficulties with posting attachments in forums. I get the following error message and the body of my post still posts, just without the attachment.
ERROR: Could not find or create a directory (/usr/local/www/apache22/moodledata/1/moddata/forum/162/4966)
Any insight would be appreciated.
