. The answer is if it's HTML or Flash it's OK. The rollovers I've come across use a chunk of Javascript (usually embedded), that's OK too. You add the pages on-the-fly in an editor window, like using the forums. Usually it's a cut and paste job, of course. Editing the pages is also done in the HTML editor.
