Text editors

Dumb question ....

I have a table and I have inserted an image on the left, and I wanted the text on the right.

I subsequently decided to move the image to the top and move the text to the bottom.

Once an image is in a cell... how do I move its placement, without deleting it and re-inserting so I can get access to the placement option pulldown in the insert panel

When I do insert an image .. the image placement options are REALLY confusing also. The word middle is mentioned twice in the drop down....

Also ..

I find the overall placement options really confusing... I edit a cell properties and it talks about text alignment and vertical placement.

In the table properties I get text alignment options too .. are these the table defaults ...

is there any doc for newbies ??
