Blocks

hey i have the same problem

I had block menu on every courses and somehow now I don't have on any course and thus I am not able to add any block to any course.

I try to follow
"Front page -> Administration -> Admin... -> Variables -> showblocksonmodpages = yes"

but where is Admisntration page and then Admin?
