Under some IT circumstances I have the problem that the chat window on the left remains empty. On the right window the logged users can be seen but they cannot chat. I guess that this has to do with some firewall configurations.
Is this a known problem? Any tips?

The problem is solved. From my own office I never had a problem with the chat but from other institutions there was sometimes a problem.
But now it is solved. It was a matter of the firewall configuration.
