As you know, moodle.org is full of good support, 24 x 7, but if you need absolute, immediate help, I would go to moodle.com/support.

Martin is at the other end of moodle.com and you can't get better help in a more timely way. If you're afraid of the support package or the hourly fee, check out the hosting package which provides support AND administers the server. Again, you can't do better.

My Moodle support requests are answered (on average) in no less than 15 minutes. I do try to pick a time when a person in Perth, Australia might be awake, however. wink
