I will like to add a Teacher's Forum in Moodle 1.7 but I can't. I know that I need to use a General Forum and apply the new roles system so only the Teacher Role can use the forum.
But I really don't know how to setup the roles. Because I need the Teacher's forum be at Site Level in the Main Menu Block I was assuming I had to change forum permits for the guest role. But that didnt work.
Does anybody knows?

I checked the advice you gave me. thanxs. But that solution is for a Teacher's forum at course level. I will like to have the forum at Site Level. Any ideas?
