Hey all,

Is it possible for users of a chat to be able to see the chat discussions and text that has been underway before they logged in?
I have users who keep getting disconnected from the chat mid conversation. The chat discussion continues and when they reconnect and join the chat they cannot pickup the thread of the chat nor see what other users posted while they were away. I know that they can see what transpired when the chat transcripts and made available,but it would be handy to see history as soon as login occurs for that session.
