Hi PEdro,
most likely you have too problems:
1) your theme is a moodle 1.5 theme and should be upgraded or replaced with other moodle 1.7 theme
2) if you select upgrading (look at http://docs.moodle.org/en/1.6_theme_upgrade first) you should try to find a better combination of margins, paddings and borders in your css files. Vertical css is not working the same way in Firefox and IE...
Where did you get your bluebox theme, have you asked for upgraded version?
