There are several ways to do this. In order for Moodlers to help you they are going to need to know more about what you envision, what you have tried and problems/if any you have run into. In particular we are going to need to know more detail about what you want to do with audio.
Are you just wanting to post audio for students or are you wanting to have students be able to post audio also? Is it acceptable to require students to download the audio file (very easy and flexible - just attach the audio files) or do you want the audio to stream from the web page? (not very hard use the multimedia filters). Do you require the audio to be organized into a threaded discussion? If so, check into Gong for Moodle, MoodleSpeex, or Yackpack (not really integrated into Moodle but it can give the appearance of being integrated).
