Hi,
Our Moodle keeps crashing when more than 5 or 6 people are using it for more than a few minutes. The hosting company is not being helpful.
Where can I get a log to tell me what happened?

It depends on what operating system you use. On Unixes they are usually in /var/log/apache/ or /var/log/httpd or /usr/local/apache2/logs or /home/you/apachelog/ or ...
Try "find / -name error_log".
On Windows, I have no clue. You should ask the people here http://moodle.org/mod/forum/view.php?f=931

I’m not too sure about Window$ either, but if you have shell access do as Visvanath said, or try “locate error_log”.
Sometimes hosting companies put limits on the amount of memory or processing your account can use. That could be the case.
What hosting company are you using? Do they have cpanel?
