I also got the 'no continue button'.
Last time - some months ago, I tried to replace old wiki with nwiki, I got to the blank admin page. I wrote in here, got no response. Tried to roll back, putting back the old wiki folders. Then I got a version mismach error on the admin page, but the moodle was still working. Phew-then I waited to see if any got a better solution.
Today I had some time to retry, I first deleted the 'new' wiki module, upgraded my 1.7.1 to 1.7.2+, and then tried again to reinstall n-wiki.
Result - no continue button, as described above. Then reading some of the other descriptions, I tried this workaround:
- delete wiki-module, (deleting all wikis on my site). THEN I could install nwiki from scratch.
So it was not possible for me to 'convert' existing wikis, only install from scratch, with the 1.7 nwiki version.
I think before this is released, there should be a note to this, and also a better guide on how to install - and especially how to roll back, when it fails All the copying of different lang, course, mod folders is very cumbersome, this ought to be done on an automatic way. I also did the error with just renaming the old wiki-folders to 'wiki-old', and keeping them in the same place, instead of moving them, mostly because I have been using a terminal.
Kind regards, Ian
