1.6.3 aspell problem?

1.6.3 aspell problem?

I just upgrade to 1.6.3.
The spell-check button is OK for users with admins/teachers but it does not work for the student users. The message is
"error = 'No suitable dictionary found installed on your server!';"

Thanks for any clue/help.

When I change the editing spelling second value from "en" to "en-US", this problem is gone.
Hope this is helpful for someone with similar problem.
