!.6.5 had not been released yet. The way it works is this:
The current release from the 1.6 stable branch is 1.6.4.
So, if I fix a bug on the stable branch now, then I mark it to say that it will be fixed in 1.6.5, when that release happens.
If you want to get a version with all the latest fixes, you can download 1.6.4+. This is updated each night, and is a snapshot of work in progress. So it is not guaranteed to be a safe release to use, but it almost always is.
