OSXBlue
This theme is a spin off of osxwhite posted by Paul Tsuchido Shew.
I have changed the graphics and style sheet to suit the look I wanted to achieve.
The logo.gif file that is in this theme package is a generic moodle logo, you will want to replace this with your own logo.
I have also added a pix folder with icons that I perfer to use.
