Hi.. if moodle users put an invalid email in their account preferences. I get lots of spam in the server's root account complaining that mail cant be delivered.
How would I stop this in linux (redhat 7.2 using sendmail)?
In 1.2, individual users can have their email disabled by the teacher or admin (useful for dealing with broken mail accounts that are bouncing).
Can the students open their own email feed again?
Yes. They can also disable it themselves (see your own profile page on this site, for example).
