I ran across this today and thought some of you might be interested. Although I think the comments about a modeling with a continuum vs. a Venn diagram are worthy, the picture is arresting.

How DO you move instructors from one circle to the other? It is a good question! I would certainly like to hear the community's thoughts on the matter.
