I'm getting a fatal error on the quizzes at the bottom of the page.
I have debug turned on inside Moodle and am using 1.6.3+
Notice: Undefined index: 461 in /home/swynens/vadrivered.org/htdocs/mod/quiz/attempt.php on line 518
Fatal error: Call to a member function on a non-object in /home/swynens/vadrivered.org/htdocs/lib/questionlib.php on line 1265

My initial guestimate is possible database corruption. I would backup and attempt a database repair first.
I don't think you have the lastest version from the 1.6 stable branch. There is nothing on line 518 of /mod/quiz/attempt.php that could give that error message.
It was a single question causing the trouble... id 461 to be exact.
I removed that question from the quiz and it started acting normally. I'll recreate the question later and see if the error comes back with different ids.
