I add this issue to the tracker:
I added erroneusly the block "recent Activity" to my wiki page (I want to add Latest contributions block, but I confunded it).
The wiki page bloks and the message is: "Fatal error: Call to undefined function print_recent_activity() in /hostpath/moodle/blocks/recent_activity/block_recent_activity.php on line 27 "
It is impossible to go back and change the bloks showed in the page.
(all others wikis in the course o server continue working well)

I discovered this bug myself two months ago..:_( I'm not sure if the current upcomming version fixes it. We'll check it out.
I fixed my wiki activity by editing maunally the database.

OK.
The wiki version where I experience the error is 2006101001 (and moodle Moodle 1.6.3 + (2006050531))
I'll wait for the wiki for 1.7 and I will upgrade the whole system (until then y avoid to insert bloks in my wikis)
But probably it is interesting to Wiki Team to know that the problem with blocks appear in WikiCourse Formar too (ot only in wiki activities). In this case, the behavior is a bit different: the course crashes when I tried to insert any wiki block (but I could change the course format, remove the block and and reuse the previous work)
