Moodle in English: Weird bug

Is there any solution to this? (please see picture attached)
I have Moodle 1.7 installed on a Linux (debian) server.

And this other bug, weird too.
The quizes exist, but some students can see them and others don't. In the web page Source Code all seems to be fine...
