Same Window instead New Window

Hello all...

I am using Moodle to 1.7.2 (2006101008).

I set moodle resources to be opened in a new window. When I click on SAVE button, the file (that I have uploaded and have selected in Location field) open in a SAME WINDOW instead NEW WINDOW as I had selected.

What is wrong?
