Blocks

Hi,

I want to display a block in my customized page, this page running inside Moodle and I can get course instance inside this page.

I found that there was a "blocks_print_adminblock" function in blocklib.php to display Administrator block, is there any function in Moodle core code to display block with a block instance id?
