I have experienced this problem before, unfortunately no-one had any ideas on how to solve it http://moodle.org/mod/forum/discuss.php?d=47580#218104
I'm hoping that someone in this forum may be able to help me. I got into work this morning to be greeted by a very rude email from someone who had experienced goobledy-gook throughout their moodle course.
It's almost like the stylesheets load before the actual page - which ends up in displaying a page full of theme code. 
Can anyone help me??? I have no idea how to go about solving this issue.
