Moodle integration with WebEx

Hello to all,

I hope you fine people here can face me in the right direction. I would like to know the route I should go to integrate the site I admin with the WebEx platform I will soon have to admin? WebEx said they are willing to give the API. However, I'm in no way good enough a programmer. I've never been in this situation before so I would like to ask here first for some pointers.

BTW: I've read the long threads concerning Elluminate and I'm also aware there is a Moodle partner that helped develop integration with Elluminate. I hope my question doesn't cause more drama of that measure thoughtful
