How have roles helped your courses?
I have not tried it yet but I was thinking...
Course improvements by students
One of my students is so dilligent as to always report quiz errors. I almost want to give him permission to edit quizes but..that might be going a bit far. Allowing students to edit resources might be cool though.
Seminars
I have made seminar students course creators of their course so that they can upload their own resources, but it would be nice if they could not see the course settings. Roles would be useful there.
Can roles be used to create class cohorts?
